4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging ADAICONVERT, you agree to:

  • Respond to leads in a timely, professional, and appropriate manner

You acknowledge that lead generation results are materially affected by:

  • Your offer and pricing
  • Your sales process and follow-up
  • Market demand and competition
  • Internal response times

ADAICONVERT is not responsible for outcomes negatively impacted by client actions or omissions.

5. Guarantees & Results

ADAICONVERT provides services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • A specific number of leads
  • Conversion rates
  • Revenue, profit, or business growth

In certain circumstances, ADAICONVERT may offer specific guarantees.

Any such guarantees are only valid if explicitly agreed in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal assurances, informal discussions, marketing materials, or website content do not constitute a guarantee unless confirmed in a written agreement.

Where a written guarantee exists, it will define: Scope, Conditions, Timeframes, Remedies. No guarantee shall apply outside those written terms.

6. Fees, Billing & Payments

  • Payments are due in advance
  • Fees are non-refundable
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

All systems, processes, strategies, methodologies, content, and materials created or provided by ADAICONVERT remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients may not: Copy or reproduce materials, Resell or redistribute systems, Reverse-engineer methodologies Without prior written consent from ADAICONVERT.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, sensitive, or proprietary information disclosed during the course of the engagement. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or with written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADAICONVERT shall not be liable for: Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity; Indirect or consequential losses; Business interruption; Data loss outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

ADAICONVERT reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if: These Terms are breached, Payments are overdue, Unlawful, unethical, or abusive behaviour occurs.

Clients may terminate services in accordance with any agreed notice period or contract terms. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

11. Amendments

ADAICONVERT may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
